Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies:
Return Policy
As all products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we offer a free replacement or refund under the following circumstances:
- The item is damaged, defective upon arrival, or incorrect.
- An item is missing.
- There is a misspelling, error in configuration, inscription, or design.
- The item is materially different from what was ordered.
- Unjustified item returns.
Please Note: Actual color and size of items may slightly vary due to monitor and lighting differences, and such discrepancies do not qualify for returns. For returns, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact our support team at support@bestdealer.com for assistance. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for refunds expires 3 days after item arrival. If 3 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 3-5 days following confirmation from our support team. The timeframe for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your financial institution.

Note: Refund timing for pre-paid cards varies by issuer and can take up to 30 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank; standard processing time is 5 business days.
- If all steps have been taken without refund receipt, contact us at support@bestdealer.com.
Partial Refunds: For items returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, you will receive a 70% refund of the item price.
Cancellation/Exchange Order: Cancellations or exchanges must be requested within 4 hours of order placement. After this period, requests cannot be accepted, and items will be processed as usual. A management, processing, and transaction fee of 1.5% of the total order value is applicable for cancellations. Full refunds are only available for order switches. New orders automatically cancel and fully refund previous orders.
